Ted Rotenberg received his undergraduate, Master's and law degrees from the University of Toronto. He was admitted to the Bar in 1973. His areas of practice are: real estate and development disputes; construction litigation and advice; claims against contractors and municipalities involving construction and real property issues; easement and encroachment disputes; condominium litigation; shareholder/joint venture disputes; estate litigation; and security rights of mortgage lenders and personal property lenders.
Ted enjoys reading, travel and family activities. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the Toronto Law Association and the York Region Law Association. He is also a member of the Executive of the Construction Law section of the Ontario Bar Association.
