Andrew Berk received his undergraduate degree from York University and his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. Practicing law since 1997, his areas of practice include: purchase, sale, financing and leasing of commercial and residential properties; land development; purchase and sale of builders' lots and new homes; Land Titles absolute applications; corporate organizations and re-organizations; purchase and sale of businesses; wills and estate planning and administration; and powers of sale and enforcement of other security.
An avid sports fan and movie connoisseur, Andrew is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Canadian Bar Association, a director of the Durham Region Home Builders' Association and has contributed to the Durham Region Lawyers' Association newsletter.
